A full-bodied, well balanced cup tipped with sweet and earthy notes. It starts out on a brisk fruity note, which subsides to reveal sweet green flavors which can be perceived throughout the length of the cup. Hint of citrus notes come around the edges which smoothens out the astringency from woody undercurrents that can be perceived toward the finish. A soft nuttiness can be picked up in the aftertaste.
