description

Enjoy this well made Darjeeling even before you start steeping it. The fragrance of the tea will greet you as you take a spoonful to make. You can notice the delicately rolled leaves with a few silvery buds that add to the effect. Once steeped the liquor turns light gold and gives out notes of raw fruits with a woody hint. Relish this cup with a light sandwich or dried fruits.

aroma:
Features notes of melon, vegetal undertones, unripe tree fruit and soft notes of wood
appearance:
Gold
taste:
The liquor is medium-bodied, flows smoothly, and feels ample in the mouth. A raw fruity flavor similar to melon rind greets the palate which grows big towards the middle. Here, the fruitiness gives way to a nuanced undercurrent of pleasant greens coupled with notes of firewood which comes in around the edges and renders a rounded feel to the cup. A raw guava flavor can be picked up in the aftertaste.
